We want the Government to give women specific statutory rights to paid leave for menstruation and uterine conditions, such as Uterine Fibroids and Endometriosis.

Menstruation is a natural and unavoidable part of life for many individuals, and it can often lead to discomfort, pain, and reduced productivity during work or school days, especially for those with uterine conditions. It can cause excruciating physical pain. Paid menstrual leave would provide specific entitlements to those who experience severe menstrual symptoms and we believe would allow them to manage their health and well-being more effectively. People shouldn’t lose income or face losing their job because of it.
