Closed Require drivers who hit a cat to take them to a veterinarian

I want the law to be changed regarding when cats are hit by cars. The driver should be required to take them to a local vet so they can receive medical care, and owners can be identified and contacted, instead of being left in the road like rubbish!

I recently lost my cat, on Monday 16th of October. I know so many others have had to go through the same unimaginable pain of losing their little loved ones.
