Closed Reform the honours system, so that knighthoods can be awarded posthumously

Recognise the contributions made by UK citizens whether alive or dead. This might encourage people to believe in themselves, whatever their class or race.

Awards to deceased individuals can only be given for acts of gallantry. Any individuals which had recognisable lifetime efforts should be able to be awarded with posthumous knighthoods, to recognise their efforts.
