Closed Create a free service for adopted people to check their DNA and find relatives

I would like the Government to create a free service which would allow those who have been adopted to be able to have their DNA taken and be used to help them find biological family members

Currently, searching historical birth records is difficult and costly. Not knowing where family members are can be upsetting, and is made harder by the barriers to searching for them. A free service may help prevent suffering caused by being unable to locate family members, at least giving people the hope of locating their family.
