We seek for the Government to introduce legislation to mandate that companies report:

Age Representation: Proportion of staff across all age groups
Age-Inclusive Policies: Details of practices
Progress Metrics: Quantitative goals
Corrective Actions: Specific steps taken to address age disparities

We believe we need transparent and accountable reporting to help encourage age-inclusive environments. We believe we need equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their age, and to combat age discrimination effectively.

Mandatory age diversity reporting is in our view pivotal to ensure all age groups are treated equitably and provided with the same opportunities for career advancement. We believe this will help address the issue of ageism and promote diversity.
