We want the Government to make it a specific criminal offence to set off fireworks within 300 yards of livestock or horses.

I believe that existing laws protecting the welfare of animals are not adequate, and that there should be a specific offence of releasing fireworks within 300 yards of livestock or horses, to make it clear that this is illegal, and empower the police to take action when this happens.
