Suspensions from your workplace are vital in some circumstances, but if they get stretched out for too long we believe they are unfair.

There could be potential mental health problems with the person suspended, especially if they are alone and have done nothing wrong. An investigation going on during the suspension really shouldn’t take any longer than a few weeks, certainly not as long as 10 and we believe keeping your suspended member of staff in suspension for 10 weeks is a violation of rights.
