I think that the home buying process in England needs reform, to ensure that, once a sale has been agreed, buyers cannot easily pull out.
If buyers were liable to pay a deposit after having a mortgage accepted, it could help stop time wasters. This is done in other countries and stops people from withdrawing from the sale.
