Closed Require random drug testing for firearms holders and a ban for illegal drug use

We believe there are not adequate protections in place to prevent users of illegal drugs from acquiring a Firearms Certificate or owning legal Firearms.

I therefore propose that ALL Firearms owners undergo random drug testing at least annually, and a ban for any illegal drug use.

We want the Government to do more to protect the public from firearm owners committing crimes while being under the influence of illegal drugs, which could result in serious injury or death. Such tragedies could be prevented.
