Closed Allow people to own the land their homes stand on instead of the Crown

In England Wales the Crown legally owns the land that homes stand on. We believe this is not right and that all homeowners should own the land their home stands on. In Scotland the law allows homeowners to own the land their home stands on, which we believe is only right and fair.

The law in England and Wales dates back to Medieval times and we believe it is outdated, and ask the Government to change the law and allow homeowners to own the land their house stands on.
