Closed Allow the transfer of NI contributions of the deceased to surviving partners

When someone passes, their surviving partner may not have a full NI record due to their partnership of one working and one not. For each year they were married, if a given year had no contributions for the widowed, the contribution for that year is transferred to help enable affordable living.
