We want the Government to agree a single pay rise that applies to all NHS staff equally.
For 2023-4 a 5% pay rise was agreed for many NHS staff, including nurses and paramedics, but then higher pay rises were agreed for dentists and doctors.
We believe this is unfair. There is one NHS, so we believe there should be one pay rise for all staff.
