For NHS dentistry, we think it would be great if practices could get Units of Dental Activity (UDAs) for patients who haven`t turned up for booked appointments, as this is not the practice's fault.

Some practices are struggling to meet UDA targets, and we think it would be beneficial for practices to receive UDAs for missed appointments, as these are not the practice's fault.
