We want VAT on the sale of second-hand goods abolished, import and export duties abolished, more education on the effects of fast fashion on the environment, and increased promotion of circular fashion.

Fashion produces more CO2 than aviation and freight shipping combined, contributing to 10% of global carbon emissions. One organisation that reviewed the policies of 250 fashion brands found that 99% did not disclose a commitment to reduce the number of new items they produce. This must change.
