We want the Government to:

- Implement a Mandatory Minimum Fee for MOT Tests: Establish a set minimum price for all MOT tests to ensure a baseline quality of service and prevent dangerously low pricing practices.

- Raise the Maximum Cap on MOT Test Fees: Increase the upper limit of the MOT test fee to align with the rising costs associated with comprehensive vehicle inspections and modern automotive technology.

The Government should also regularly review and adjust MOT fees to reflect inflation, technological advancements in vehicles.
