We want the Government to change the law to make all workplace bullying illegal.

There is no law to specifically protect people from workplace bullying, and we believe some companies turn a blind eye to bullying, or even condone this.

Some organisations have reported that around 1 in 3 workers are the victim of workplace bullying. Many workers may feel stuck in a role where they are bullied, because they are financially dependant on their job.

Bullying can be hugely detrimental to victims, and we believe current protections are too limited.
