Rejected petition Legislate against shops to stop them refusing cash payments.

If we allow shops and other places to refuse cash then we are moving to a cashless society which allows your every transaction to be monitored and eventually controlled. Any establishment that refuses to take legal cash money should be legally stopped from doing so.
