We want the government to reduce the VAT rate for restaurants to 15%.

I am a Sheffield restaurant owner and our city like many others is seeing restaurant after restaurant close down.

Livelihoods are being lost daily due to the ongoing rise in cost of food, fuel, utilities, staff wages, and the cost of VAT on top of this. We think that VAT is set at a rate that is too high and restaurants cannot claim enough back.
