Closed Create legal minimums for rental property furnishing categories.

Currently, there is no legal minimum as to what constitutes "Unfurnished", "Part-furnished" and "furnished". I'm asking the Government to create categories, i.e part-furnished cannot include just a bed frame but must also have a mattress, unfurnished cannot include white goods, etc.

The rental property market is a nightmare to navigate and extremely disorganised. There's no consistency and by creating these minimums, it'll allow renters to know exactly what to buy or not buy, and prepare for before moving.
