Petition Add France to countries where expats receive Winter Fuel Payment
I would like France to be re-added to the list of countries where expats receive the winter fuel allowance. France is not on the list of countries where people are eligible.

This is because the calculation of average temperatures in France takes into account temperatures of France's overseas departments, meaning temperatures are higher compared to the UK. I think this is an unfair policy, and just a way of saving the government money.
