stop this from happening as it is unfair on those that budget for the bills and do not get into debt or do not pay

i think that it is a stealth tax by ofgem and the energy companies to recoupe some of the money that they have lost to the governments windfall tax levied on them and not being allowed to forcibly fit perpayment meters even though they have made obscene profits on the back of the russia ukraine war using the guise that there will be a shortage of gas etc its time for the government to step in and limit what they can and can not do
