Closed Require drivers to take a hazard perception test every 10 years

I would like the Government to introduce a mandatory hazard perception test every 10 years. This could be done when people renew their driving licence.

On today's roads, too many people are getting hit and injured or killed on crossings as they cross because drivers are driving without due care and attention. Pedestrians have right of way at many crossings but all too often drivers are not seeing them. This could help improve the safety of people and enable Police attention to be diverted to other important matters.
