This has been done in many countries around the world. They have benefited from doing so. Some even admit that they have been able to increase their tax take by getting rid of the tax. The money in question has already been taxed during the life time of the donor. This tax is the most hated of all. The Government should put forward a proposal to get rid of the most hated tax in the world immediately
