Petition Ban sale & import of hunting knives, machetes & crossbows with strict penalties

I want the Government to introduce a ban on the sale of or import of hunting knives, machetes and crossbows. Severe penalties should also be imposed for anyone caught selling or importing these, with minimum prison sentences and fines.

A ban would make access to such weapons more difficult, thereby helping to reduce the incidence of knife and other such attacks.
