We want the Government to require all businesses to give their staff the option to be paid monthly, to help people manage their finances.

Being paid every four weeks, rather than monthly, can make it more difficult to manage personal finances. It can be a particular issue for people claiming Universal Credit, leading to loss of benefits when a claimant is paid twice in a month.
