Rejected petition Reduce car insurance premiums to reduce number of uninsured drivers

The cost of insurance premiums for young drivers is unacceptable. We're all paying for the liability of the uninsured drivers and its getting worse due to the ever increasing premiums.
Instead of fines & ceasing, take the car off them for good, auction it and give funds to insurance companies.

Don't just issue fines, points or cease the vehicle for owners to collect at a later date, taken it off them permanently, send to auction and give the funds to insurance companies to offset the costs of the uninsured drivers. That will soon help control the situation and help bring down the cost of insurance for everyone
