I and Thousands of others believe that these should be allowed on roads and having the same rules as push bikes, The Highway Code, Department Of Transportation: Rules for cyclists (59 to 82). Obeying the (Rules for cyclists), Speed limits, Crossings, School zones, 1-Way streets etc.
