So called self-named "paedophile hunters" are pretending to be children online. We believe it should be against the law to do this just as it is illegal to target and exploit children online.

The so-called hunters go online pretending to be children with the aim to entrap and convince those they speak to. It should be against the law for those who are not law enforcement to act as a child or pretend to be one.

This is the job for law enforcement. The hunters can turn up in groups, we believe often looking to start trouble. Make it an offence to be pretend to be a child or pose as a child online including SMS, text, social media, email etc.
