Create an independent body which mediates and decides on intellectual property cases between companies. This could make it easier for smaller companies and entrepreneurs to pursue Intellectual Property cases against larger companies.

Currently, the Intellectual Property Office has a mediation service, however they are not able to make binding decisions. I think that a new body which can make legally binding decisions where companies are found to have infringed upon intellectual property laws is required. This body could prevent the need for legal court proceedings, avoiding the extensive costs which smaller companies might not be able to afford.
