We ask, in the interests of fair play, that HM Treasury act justly. Consistent with policy to respect and uphold the law, we ask that, in determining what is just, HM Treasury act consistently with decisions of the British justice system. Therefore we ask that HM Treasury commit to complying with any order, past, present or future, of the British justice system (where the order is not subject to appeal) - preferably within any deadline specified but if not, as soon as possible.
