Petition Revoking Spouse Visa and IDL

More details

When an immigrant spouse leaves to live with another partner and the marriage has broken while in the UK then the right of the spouse visa and Indefinite Leave to Remain be revoked without a right to appeal as the defining circumstances for the decision of visa and IDL is now nullified by absence and breakdown of relationship. If another partner has been found in the UK then the immigrant should return to the country of origin for the new partner to apply for entry clearance. If the immigrant is in work this right be revoked too until a further application be made in the new relationship.
