Men's ages are not mentioned in every media article, story and feature - so why should women's be?

Like other intelligent women I know, I am fed up with the media's obsession of women's ages and its insistence on using them. It is demeaning, insulting, trivial and frankly unnecessary.

I want the government to take a stand against this derogatory treatment of women's identities. Men don't have to endure it, so why should we?
