Petition speed limits in towns etc

The government resets the speed limit for vehicles in town , cities and villages.
A new speed limit should be introduced into town/cities/villages of 20 miles per hour or 30 kilometres per hour.
20mph or 30kph.
This would reduce amount of vehicles, who tend travel over the current 30mph limit ,and also have an effect on the pollution levels caused by vehicles on the road.
