Closed petition: Rights Beyond Borders: Improve employment policies for international students

We want the government to change the employment restriction policies imposed on international students holding a student visa.

- Increase the cap on working hours from 20 to 30 hours per week, allowing students to support themselves financially and gain work experience.

- Allow international students to engage in independent work and create small businesses.

- Provide full-time work flexibility by allowing them to work full-time not only during holidays but also during intermission periods.

- Extend the intermission period from 59 to 120 days to grant students time to manage their studies and prevent burnout.
