I want the government to reinstate the winter fuel allowance for Pensioners not receiving any other benefits.

The government need to reinstate the winter fuel allowance for Pensioners not receiving any other benefits. Most pensioners are living just on the bread line with the current cost of living and removing the allowance has hit them hard. They maybe just above the threshold for pension credits and other benefits. Most if not all pensioners have paid national insurance for all there working life and seem to be the easiest target at present. They should not have to choose between eating and heating.
