MPs on the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee are investigating water sector reform for their inquiry: “Reforming the water”.
The Committee have stated that:
"UK water bodies are affected by a number of high-profile threats including agricultural and sewage pollution. The water sector also faces other important concerns such as weak resilience of water supply systems and future water security."
The Committee will examine these issues and produce iterative and focused reports throughout its inquiry.
