Rejected petition: Ban noisy fireworks to prevent animal deaths.

Stop the sales of loud fireworks.
So that people aren't having to loose their animals due to shock, strokes or a heart attack because of the unacceptable, selfish and inconsiderate noise that they make. It's not fair. In fact I think it should be made illegal.
