Rejected petition: A cafe/coffee shop within the Education Centre within the Houses of Parliament.

After visiting the education centre, which was lengthy there was no opportunity to sit debrief and rehydrate. We feel this would also benefit employees there.
To provide vising schools a area with refreshments to share their experience.
