I believe they are dangerously too bright. Some drivers are using them on a full beam, causing difficulty for other drivers. Driving theory sates that you aren't meant to dazzle drivers.

    The topic of road safety has been raised several times recently in Parliament, including through:

    • the Government's new Road Safety Strategy
    • a Backbench Business debate

    On 8 January, Transport Minister Lillian Greenwood MP made a statement to the House of Commons on the Strategy.
