We think mandatory registration:
1. Ensure Fairness: Create a level playing field for businesses of all sizes.
2. Protect SMEs: Prevent smaller companies from suffering due to delayed payments.
3. Boost Economic Stability: Timely payments improve cash flow, enabling businesses to invest, grow, and retain employees.
4. Promote Ethical Business Practices: Encourage companies to prioritise financial responsibility and transparency.
