I would like the government to make an exemption for the increased employer's national insurance contributions for micro companies (so called micro-entities).

As an owner of a micro business, attempting to grow, the national insurance increase will make it impossible to employ new staff members and will also lead to layoffs. I have discussed this with multiple SME owners and they have all said they will be making staff cuts, due to the increases.
