Rejected petition Change the rule for change visa from tier4 to tier2

Its need to change the rule for visa change. Because of many reasons students cannot complete there study. Because of that they have no any option to change there visa from tier4 to tier2.

Previous government was change this rule and close the door for that people who want to start there career in uk. Because of rule change they have no option to start career. If this rule will dismiss so they have option to start there career in uk.
