Closed petition Review of Universal Credit and Job Centre Operations
We urge the UK Government to review Universal Credit and Job Centre operations. We believe there are issues with delays, sanctions, and support which can negatively impact claimants. We want to see improvements in staffing, payment resolutions, and help for disabled and vulnerable people.
More details
This petition is deeply personal to those whose lives may have been impacted by mistakes or poor treatment in the system. We believe that a review, followed by reform is essential to help protect vulnerable people, restore dignity to claimants, and ensure staff are better equipped and better supported to do their jobs effectively.
We want to create a system that better serves those in need.
