Rejected petition: Introduce new law to ensure planning application for new telegraph poles

Rejected on

Ensure telecoms companies apply for planning & inform residents prior to erecting new telegraph poles

I have had a pole erected less than 4 metres from my windows .. spoiling what was a fantastic view, Open Reach are being unhelpful, on researching it is happening all over , we were not given any notice so could not object.
