Petition Military discount to include famlies

As it stands at the moment the defence discount service that is "the only official MOD discount service" does not extend their discount to the children of serving military personnel

Yet on the front page of their site it clearly states the following from the armed forces covenant;

"It recognises that the whole nation has a moral obligation to members of the Armed Forces and their families.... It exists to redress the disadvantages that the Armed Forces community faces in comparison to other citizens, and to recognise sacrifices made."

Under the assumption that they follow this, the discount should be made available to military families beyond that of their partner and extended to include their children, unless they no longer count as part of the armed forces community.

Therefore I petition the MOD to change the list of people eligible for the discount card to include children of serving personnel to fulfill what is in the Covenant
