I believe the petition for a general election goes completely against the clear will of the British public. The petition system has been politically abused.The opposition know the petition system cant check every persons credentials who sign the petition therefore a great platform for political activists. The petition is a cheap publicity stunt. This petition system needs to be protected from political stunts and protected for use of non direct political issues only.
