Petition Southeastern Franchise renewal

Following the recent news that Southeastern have been given an extension to their franchise of the Kent rail network, I propose that this renewal is reviewed immediately, and the review includes those who really matter, the commuters.

Southeastern now rate top as the most unsatisfactory provider of trains in the south east of England, and yet we hear that the franchise been extended till 2018.

I propose that the government puts the franchise of the southeast rail network up for tender immediately, and a full review to include commuters is conducted.
