Closed petition Increase funding and reduce waiting times for mental health services

We believe mental health services are underfunded, leaving thousands potentially waiting months for care. We urge the Government to increase NHS funding to hire more professionals and reduce waiting times for assessments to under four weeks.

More details

Mental health crises appear to be rising, yet many people can often face delays in accessing vital care. This could lead to worsening conditions, loss of productivity, and preventable tragedies. We believe investing in timely mental health services helps save lives, eases NHS pressure, and strengthens society. No one should face these struggles alone so let’s prioritize accessible and effective support for all.
