I want the government to stop suspended sentences and community service being given as punishment for rape. For victims, the effects of rape can be life long and can’t be erased.

Often victims, some of whom are children, never get justice. I feel this needs to change. I think we need to protect all victims of this heinous, life changing crime. I feel that to give victims real justice, perpetrators should always go to prison. I think they are a danger to our communities when not sentenced to prison time.

I feel that justice is needed for all rape victims!
