I believe the government and parliament should address this topic. As they offer loans for those who wish to broaden their knowledge at university and pilot training should be know different it makes a desirable career more accessible for all.

Pilot careers also offer well paid salaries meaning the government would be highly likely to have the loans or student finance repaid in 5-10 years maximum
